Anything negatively affecting your ability to carry out your daily activities of life takes its toll. Improving your fitness can have a multiplier effect on your confidence as it improves multiple areas of your life.
As we age, we absolutely CAN continue to improve and maintain our health, mobility, and the ability to enjoy the time we spend with our loved ones, whatever their situation.
