A vestibular disorder can develop when injury or disease causes a problem somewhere in the balance (or vestibular) system. This system is extremely complex and involves interactions between the brain and multiple organs - constantly trying to maintain balance. Symptoms can include dizziness, migraines, vertigo, and poor coordination/balance. Episodes can be quite frightening and debilitating. Many of these disorders have no known cure. According to VEDA, Yoga can be very helpful in many different ways.
